CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES

We seek proactive, outcome-oriented individuals who promote excellence and question norms for improvement. The role involves software and hardware interfacing, designing new solutions, and ensuring compliance with existing interfaces. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and supervision of less experienced colleagues are key aspects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Using software development tools for issue tracking, configuration control, and testing.
  • Reviewing customer requirements and leading design and delivery of solutions.
  • Integrating software and hardware interfaces, both new and existing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience developing embedded control system software.
  • Software development experience, preferably with PLC IEC 61131-3 Ladder Logic or similar.
  • Knowledge of coding, software engineering best practices, and database design.
  • Programming skills in languages such as Visual Basic, SQL, HTML, CSS.
  • Understanding of software architecture, networking, electrical schematics, and version control tools like GIT, DevOps, Jira.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation.
  • Must obtain BPSS or SC clearance.
