Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that’s quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book with growth into various export markets and a very close knit team they are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join their close team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Provision of technical support to customers with issues on site
Training and support of application engineers on software and systems
Liaise between R&D team & customers
Creating technical documentation, specifications
Liaise with customers to create technical solutions
Liaise with internal departments for the full product life cycle
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Degree qualification in Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
HMI knowledge, programming and configuration knowledge
Experience with Servo or stepper drives and motors
Experience using PLC or motion control systems
Programming language knowledge – C, BASIC, Python
Benefits Package:
Hours: 38hrs a week (Core hours Monday – Thursday 10.00am – 4.00pm, Friday 10.00am – 12.30pm) Hybrid working available
