Overview

Would you like to join a stable and reputable dairy business in Westbury, Wiltshire? We are the home to Anchor butter and the UK’s largest butter and powder facility. You will work in a fully automated environment where safety is our top priority and talent is nurtured through strong internal progression.

About the role

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you’ll operate large scale processing equipment (milk separators, evaporators, dryers, etc.) ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Full training will be provided.

  • Ability to work the continental shift pattern: 12-hour shifts rotating between days and nights, including some weekends (2 per month).
  • Self-starter with strong teamwork skills and a flexible approach.
  • Good numeracy and literacy, with sound technical understanding.
