About the role

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you'll operate large scale processing equipment (milk separators, evaporators, dryers, etc.) ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate large scale processing equipment in a fully automated environment.
• Ensure safety, quality and efficiency in daily operations.
• Work in a continental shift pattern: 12-hour shifts rotating between days and nights, including some weekends (2 per month).
• Demonstrate a self-starter attitude with strong teamwork skills and a flexible approach.

Qualifications / Skills

• Good numeracy and literacy, with sound technical understanding.
