Job description

Monitoring CCTV activity and images for criminal or suspicious activity. Taking incoming and making outgoing telephone calls, liaising with customers, clients, and security companies. Updating and reporting on clients' recorded information and creating brief incident reports. Handling and management of alarms.

Skills and Experience

You will be a great problem solver with a keen eye for detail. You will have a professional telephone manner and will want to provide the highest standard of customer service possible. The role would suit someone with call handling experience who is unafraid to multi-task.
