A leading council in the West Midlands is seeking a Control Room Operator. You will be responsible for monitoring systems like CCTV and assisting residents and authorities. The position requires a Level 2 Certificate for CCTV Operatives and involves dealing with various situations, including breaches of tenancy and anti-social behavior.
We are looking for a Control Room Operator to work as part of a team monitoring and operating all systems within the Control Room in an efficient, proactive, and reactive manner.
Systems to include: CCTV, door-entry control, and intercom communications.
