Job summary

A leading council in the West Midlands is seeking a Control Room Operator. You will be responsible for monitoring systems like CCTV and assisting residents and authorities. Job description

We are looking for a Control Room Operator to work as part of a team monitoring and operating all systems within the Control Room in an efficient, proactive, and reactive manner.

Systems to include: CCTV, door-entry control, and intercom communications.

  1. Gather evidence of breaches of tenancy, anti-social behaviour, and acts of a criminal nature.
  2. Communicate with and assist residents, members of the public, and all partners as required.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Certificate for CCTV Operatives (Public Space Surveillance) B-Tech or equivalent.
