What You'll Do:

1. Take Ownership of Tasks: You'll be responsible for ensuring that all shifts are accurately booked, meeting our clients' staffing requirements. Focus on clearing screens quickly and efficiently, ensuring data is processed to the highest standard.
2. Monitor & Communicate: Actively monitor live screens, ensure correct allocation of control room staff, and communicate effectively with your team, Team Leaders, and senior managers. Clear communication is key to smooth operations.
3. Process Management & Adaptability: Handle various processes tailored to different clients. Your flexibility and ability to adapt will be crucial as you juggle responsibilities in a high-pressure environment.
4. IT Proficiency: Use our company-wide systems to manage and track shifts, bookings, and data. Strong IT skills are essential for accurate data entry and management.
5. Time Management & Reliability: Be punctual and reliable, arriving on time for each shift, and manage your time effectively to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
