A leading company in security services seeks a Control Room Operator to manage access and monitor alarms in a dynamic environment. This role requires a valid SIA CCTV License and offers a shift pattern of 12 hours, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support. You will liaise with emergency services, providing crucial assistance as needed while delivering exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA CCTV License (Level 2 in CCTV Operations - PSS).
• Proven experience in a control room environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of the role.

Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts, 07:00-19:00 & 19:00-07:00)

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Managing controlled access via the Video Management platform (IMMIX).
• Monitoring electronic alarm signals.
• Providing a high standard of customer care through telephone services in line with security protocols.
• Preparing reports in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaising with emergency services when required.

Person Specification:

• Must hold a valid SIA CCTV License (Level 2 in CCTV Operations - PSS).
• UK Driving Licence.
• Must be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of the role.
• Proven experience in a control room environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
