Join the NHS as a Control Room Operator within the Security and Parking team. As a Control Room Operator you will monitor CCTV for safety events, detection of suspicious behaviour and traffic management, conducting scheduled CCTV camera checks. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain concentration for sustained periods will be essential.
You should display exceptional customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner whilst maintaining a high standard of professionalism and presentation. Remaining calm and professional under pressure during incidents, especially highly stressed and emotive events will be imperative.
Previous security and control room experience is essential. Previous applicants need not apply.
