WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Monitor system performance, analyse and report faults
• Manage a team of 9 colleagues including Driver Shunters, Flow Controllers, and Traffic Clerks
• Support flow room processes to maximise productivity
• Drive cross-functional working to ensure delivery of site KPI's
