Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions, with a focus on strategic planning and roadmap development.
• Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plugins, integrations, and automated testing frameworks.
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience.
• Proven track record in driving improvements and managing organizational change in complex IT environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and process automation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Associate in Control M) are highly desirable.
