Job Title: Contracts Supervisor

Sector: Timber Frame Construction

Are you an experienced timber frame erector looking to take your first steps in to management? Would you enjoy working for a well established timber frame manufacturer? A leading manufacturer within the Timber Frame market is currently recruiting for a Contracts Supervisor to work alongside an experienced team of Contracts Managers to help oversee Timber Frame installations across North Wales and the North West of England. The successful candidate will be supervising live timber frame sites ensuring a successful delivery to the client. It will be a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career by joining a leading timber frame building and manufacturing company where you will be running large housing contracts.

The Role:

  • Oversee timber frame installations for new build residential projects
  • Be 1 of the first points of contact on site for any site related issues
  • Sustain strong working relationships with your internal team and subcontractors
  • Attend internal project meetings and work closely with relevant teams to address and resolve any issues

About you:

  • Hold valid CSCS and SMSTS or SSSTS
  • Experienced in timber frame installation - coming from an erecting background preferably
  • Possess good IT Skills - MS Office
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills across all levels
