Job summary

Ground Control is seeking a Contracts Supervisor in Leeds to support the delivery of Highways, Arboriculture, Landscape, Ecology and Civils projects under National Highways contracts. You will work with the Contract Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

You will visit sites, plan resources, monitor progress and assist with payments and variations while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Highways, Infrastructure, or Rail projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to health, safety, quality and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of multiple infrastructure projects.
• Carry out site visits and assist with project planning and resource coordination.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and commercial performance.
• Support applications for payment and identify contract variation opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Conduct site inspections and promote a positive safety culture.
• Support continuous improvement and mentor site teams where required.
