Law degree in a UK jurisdiction

Job description

Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements

Support and lead negotiations with third parties and/or customers

Contribute to contract template standardization and process improvement initiatives

Consult with other parts of the organisation on the interpretation of agreements in effect or in development

Educate and train employees on their roles in contract negotiations and obligations under contracts and legal requirements

Collaborate with the Global Legal team, Commercial Licensing and Sales teams, IP and Procurement

Requirements:

Law degree in a UK jurisdiction or at least three years of experience in a contracts-focused role

Strong working knowledge of contract law

Experience in contract negotiation and drafting

Excellent commercial awareness and business sense

Experience with technology and automation

Ability to engage and influence business partners

Ability to handle high-volume workloads effectively and efficiently
