HELP US HELP THE WORLD AGREE FASTER

Juro has big ambitions: to become the go-to platform for agreeing and managing contracts globally. And we'll need help doing it.

Legal tech is on the rise, with Goldman Sachs estimating that 44% of legal tasks can be automated with generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.

Juro’s growth is increasingly driven by high-value, enterprise contracts, especially in the U.S. To keep scaling, we need a Paralegal who can help our legal team stay ahead of the curve: supporting U.S. sales reps, building systems that ensure lightning-fast contract turnaround, and feeding expertise into our AI contract review tools.

You’ll be our first paralegal hire, a force multiplier for legal who thrives in ambiguity, brings order to chaos and cares deeply about getting the details right. If you get excited about operational excellence, contracts, and clever tooling, this is your moment to help shape not only the future of legal at Juro, but also the future of the in-house legal profession.

Success for you means:

  • Fuelling U.S. revenue growth by becoming the go-to legal support for sales - reviewing contracts quickly and helping close complex deals fast.
  • Reducing legal risk by pragmatically addressing contract issues and improving how we demonstrate compliance to customers and regulators.
  • Scaling legal operations by designing simple, highly-automated processes that help Juro close contracts efficiently and delightfully.
  • Shaping the future of contract automation by supporting product, design, and engineering with your legal expertise and insight.

We care about building a diverse team where everyone feels they belong. That’s why our perks & benefits and choice-first work approach are designed with inclusivity in mind. Read more in our diversity, inclusion & belonging hub.

Who We Look For

Research shows that while men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, women and those in traditionally under-represented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. So if you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.

We look for people whose approach to work aligns with our values & behaviours. For this role, we particularly value:

  • Tech curiosity: You love playing with new tools, especially AI and automation and constantly look for ways to make your work (and others’) more efficient. (Love The Details)
  • Sharp negotiator: You’re confident reading, redlining, and negotiating contracts - balancing risk with commercial outcomes. (Strive to Deliver)
  • Builder mindset: You don’t just follow processes - you create them, improve them, and make them delightful to use. (Keep it Simple)
  • Commercial awareness: You understand how legal supports revenue and make decisions that enable growth while protecting the business. (Be More Human)

On top of that, you have been part of a journey where:

  • You’ve spent 1+ years reading, understanding, and negotiating contracts, ideally in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
  • You’ve worked in a fast-growth company where ambiguity is the norm and curiosity is key.
  • You’re confident communicating clearly with stakeholders across time zones.
  • You’ve operated in an international business, navigating different markets, cultures, and legal frameworks.

This job likely isn’t for you if:

  • You’re uncomfortable with a fast rate of change and prefer steady, predictable routines.
  • You want to be surrounded by a large legal team to learn from - we’re small and often remote.
  • You’re risk averse - you understand risk, but struggle to make judgment calls when the answer isn’t black and white.
  • You’re not open to shifting your hours later in the day when needed to support U.S. customers and unblock revenue.

OUR MISSION

Juro exists to help the world agree faster by making legal contracts frictionless, collaborative and accessible.
