GTH Construction Limited is recruiting an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to join our Midlands-based delivery team, working on refurbishment and fit-out projects across England. You will lead programmes, procurement and design coordination, ensuring quality, safety and on-time delivery for a diverse client portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with Directors, Commercial Team and Site Managers, manage client liaison, and drive projects from inception through handover, with a focus on delivering

Qualificações

• Experience as Project Manager or Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
• Experience delivering refurbishment or fit-out projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in live construction environments.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to join our expanding delivery team.

Although based from our Midlands office, this role offers the opportunity to work on projects across England, supporting clients on both regional and national schemes. No two projects are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and working with a diverse client portfolio.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding position that will see you managing projects from early contractor involvement and pre-construction through to successful completion and handover. Working closely with our Directors, Commercial Team and Site Managers, you’ll help lead the planning, coordination and delivery of refurbishment and fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the high standards our clients expect. You’ll have responsibility for client liaison, programme management, procurement, design coordination, subcontractor management and overall project delivery.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially aware, organised and enjoys building relationships.
You’ll already have experience delivering refurbishment or fit-out projects and be confident managing multiple stakeholders in live construction environments.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes pride in delivering projects professionally and enjoys working within a supportive, ambitious team.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager within the construction industry
• Refurbishment or fit-out project experience
• Construction-related qualification (Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent)
• CSCS
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to travel to projects throughout England when required
