Eat That Frog is seeking a Senior Co-ordinator for Contracts & Performance in Torquay to support the Contracts & Performance Manager in delivering education, skills and employability programmes for adults and young people.
You will coordinate contract performance, maintain accurate data and funding claims, manage referrals and attendance, and supervise Project Mentors to achieve high‑quality outcomes. DBS check required; Interviews in August 2026.
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Contracts & Performance Manager to deliver high‑quality, compliant and impactful education, skills and employability programmes for adults and young people. The postholder will provide effective coordination across contracts, performance monitoring, reporting and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that customer data, project documentation and funding claims are accurate, compliant and up to date.
The role involves maintaining management information systems, monitoring referrals, attendance and engagement, supporting contract performance reporting and contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement processes. The Project Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, external partners and referral agencies to support the successful delivery of funded programmes and contractual obligations for adults and young people. The postholder will also provide day‑to‑day line management, supervision and support to Project Mentors, ensuring they are effectively managed, developed and supported to deliver high‑quality outcomes for learners and customers.
