Job summary

Avolon M&E is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee long-term residential window and door replacement programmes across the South Coast. You will manage from surveys through to handover, coordinating with installation teams, clients and residents while ensuring programmes run on time, within budget and to contractual standards.

As the main client contact, you will lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality and high customer satisfaction across multiple sites and

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts/Project/Senior Site Manager in construction/refurbishment.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and programmes.
• Strong leadership, site team and subcontractor management.
• Full UK driving license; CSCS card or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of residential window/door replacement programmes.
• Coordinate surveys, procurement, scheduling, and installation.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Act as primary client contact for operational matters and updates.
• Monitor progress, quality, health & safety, and contractual performance.
• Ensure reporting, progress tracking, and project documentation.
• Identify and manage risks, variations and site issues.
• Carry out regular site visits and maintain project presence.
• Work with senior management to ensure successful outcomes.
