Job summary

Catering is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a long-term residential window installation framework across the South Coast, with base in Brighton. You will manage surveys, procurement, scheduling and site delivery with a focus on safety, quality and on-time handover.

You will lead installation teams and subcontractors, act as the client contact, and report on progress, budget and contractual performance, while maintaining stakeholder relationships across occupied properties.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager, Project Manager or Senior Site Manager in construction or refurbishment.
• Able to manage multiple projects and programmes simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Organised with strong commercial awareness and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential window/door replacement programmes across multiple sites.
• Coordinate surveys, procurement, scheduling and installation activities.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver safely and efficiently.
• Act as primary client contact for operational matters and status updates.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety and contractual performance.
• Ensure accurate reporting, site records and documentation.
