Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple internal stonework projects from our Bishop's Stortford office, covering London and surrounding counties.

You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring safety, programme delivery and budget adherence, while attending client and site meetings. The role offers £60,000–£65,000 plus a package, with real scope to progress to senior management as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager within the stonework industry.
• Strong knowledge of internal natural stone installations.
• Background as stonemason or stone fixer before management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across London and surrounding counties.
• Able to work from Bishop's Stortford office when not attending site.

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in internal stonework?

Our client is a well-established specialist stone contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality natural stone installations across commercial, high-end residential and heritage projects throughout London and the South East.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple stonework packages from inception through to completion.

The Role:

• Manage multiple internal stonework projects across London and the surrounding counties.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
• Attend client and site meetings with main contractors, architects and consultants.
• Monitor project progress, quality and programme.
