Due to expanded growth we have been asked by our client to find a Contracts Manager for RC Frane projects across London – all projects within the M25. The successful Contracts Manager should be capable of delivering RC Frame packages with proven experience in doing so. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of delivering RC Frame and Groundwork packages on time and within budget
• Engineering background – Civil Engineering
• Ideally coming from an RC Frame background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years experience in working as a Contracts Manager

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

Salary range of £90,000 – £120,000 per annum.
