You will collaborate with estimating, commercial and operational teams to develop delivery strategies and mobilise projects while maintaining safety, quality and value for money.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of multiple Power T&D projects across a national portfolio.
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Drive operational performance across all stages of project delivery, from mobilisation through to close-out.
• Work alongside commercial and estimating teams to identify opportunities, manage risks and maximise project performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including National Grid, SSE, SPEN, NGED and other network operators.
• Lead, mentor and develop project teams, creating a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality and delivery excellence.
