Passive Fire Contracts Manager - London

My client is seeking a Contracts Manager for their London fire protection division. The organisation is a leading contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality work across the Capital on both commercial and residential developments. You will ensure the completion of contracts to the full satisfaction of the customer within the programmed time and represent the company in dealings with customers, their agents, professional staff, and supply chain contractors.

Job Role: Contracts Manager - Passive Fire Protection

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + package (dependent on experience)

Location: London (mixture of site and office based)

Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

1. Conduct risk assessments on contractual agreements and identify potential issues.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project objectives.
4. Oversee works on several sites.
