Job summary

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager/Officer with experience in Highways and Public Realm to join a client in London. Your main duties include managing the current streetlighting PFI contract as well as leisure, energy, public realm and highways contracts alongside project management responsibilities, contract monitoring and coordinating procurement activities.

This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £300 - £350 per day - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Working within the Highways team, your main duties include:

• Managing the current streetlighting PFI contract
• Overseeing the procurement and commissioning of energy, public realm, highways and leisure contracts
• Coordinating procurement, governance and legal activities
• Liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the service

Previous experience in Highways and Transportation is essential for this role.
