Job Description

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing legal risk and supporting strategic decision-making
  • Leading on contract drafting, negotiation, and review across the business
  • Managing and updating a suite of legal templates
  • Developing and maintaining internal policies and processes
  • Overseeing regulatory and compliance monitoring across the organisation

The Successful Applicant

The Contracts Manager should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Confident handling a broad range of contracts and commercial matters
  • Skilled in developing legal templates, policies, and risk frameworks
  • Knowledgeable about compliance and regulatory oversight, ideally within the non-profit or public sector
  • Comfortable working autonomously and providing practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment

This is a part-time (3 days/week), 12-month fixed-term contract with a pro-rata salary of £40,000.
