• Historique de livraison de projets jusqu'à £5M.

Job description

A leading Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering within large projects throughout the UK, including Education, MOD, MOJ and Healthcare. With a growing project portfolio, and a focus on continuing to do so, this successful contractor is now seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager

As a Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of all projects within your remit, including overseeing all Project Managers, working with them to ensure each delivery porocess is in line with both design, planning and budgets. Working closely with all, you will manage contracts from tender through to completion, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience within Mechanical Project or / and Contracts Managment

• Strong technical knowledge of all mechanical systems (HVAC, pipework, plumbing, etc.).

• Track record of delivering projects valued up to 5M

• Excellent communication and commercial acumen.
