Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 + 4,200 Annual Car Allowance

Role Overview
My client is seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee a high-value regional maintenance contract operating from their Daventry office. The contract, valued in excess of 3 million annually, has been held by the business for over 10 years and remains a cornerstone of their operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager, Projects Manager, or experienced Senior Site Manager looking to progress into an operations leadership role. The successful candidate will act as the main client liaison and lead day-to-day delivery across responsive repairs, void works, and kitchen & bathroom replacement programmes.
