A well-established main contractor in London is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects in the residential and education sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring quality and budget adherence, and bringing projects from pre-construction to completion. This permanent role offers a competitive salary package and a chance to work on high-value projects in London.
A reputable, multi-faceted main contractor that operates throughout the UK have a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing up to three schemes at any given time.
The company are a successful construction, development, maintenance and investment group that operate predominantly in London and Southern Counties. They work across a number of sectors including housing, major regeneration, education, health and mixed use schemes.
Due to their continued success, they are expanding and have a great opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their London region, overseeing up to three projects at any given time. The projects will be mainly in the residential and education sectors, they have three upcoming schemes to be overseen; a £10m new build scheme in East London, a £19m new build scheme in Central London and a £7m new build scheme in NW London. They also have a £20m school project in the pipeline.
The Contracts Manager will lead all the schemes through final pre-construction phases, then into production and delivery, working to achieve the expected net profit for the contract, working with Quantity Surveyors to ensure the agreed cash flow is attained and production quality is achieved on time and within budget.
