We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple schemes from pre-construction to completion, ensuring safety, programme adherence and budget control.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in drylining, facades, cladding or related specialist construction sectors, with the ability to manage several projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple drylining and facade projects across London.
• Take overall responsibility for successful delivery of contracts.
• Manage projects from pre-start through to practical completion and final account.
• Liaise with main contractors, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage programmes, milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor costs, variations, valuations and commercial performance.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and project documentation.
• Provide regular updates to senior management.
• Support tenders and pre-construction opportunities when required.
