Contracts Manager – Kent/ South East London

Salary: £80,000 + Package

Location: Kent/South East London

Salary: Up to £80,000 plus package

A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertakes a range of residential projects within multiple sectors such as social housing, luxury apartments, and city development.

The company has been established for many years and maintains an excellent reputation within the industry. They deliver projects across London and offer an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing various residential schemes.

Contract Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all construction aspects of projects from planning consent through to completion.
  • Provide input to team members on risks, buildability, and programme aspects from inception through to planning consent.
  • Report to the Head of Operations.
  • Identify key decisions and arrangements required to deliver successful projects.
  • Take responsibility for personal development and the development of others.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, structural, and influencing skills.
  • Manage multiple schemes concurrently with a proven track record.
Personal Specification & Requirements
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to grow within the business.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Smart, presentable, and comfortable dealing directly with clients.
  • Punctual, reliable, and practically skilled.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager.
  • Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
