Leading software business, headquartered in the UK with a global footprint, is looking to hire a Contracts Manager on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week at the offices in Central London.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for the company's clients. The client base is mainly composed of public sector institutions. Your role will involve engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to advise on risk mitigation and strategy.
You don't necessarily need to be a qualified solicitor, but you must have a background in commercial contract negotiation. It is essential that you have experience working on public procurement contracts and dealing with central government departments as a client, with this experience gained within the private sector.
