Contracts Manager - Cat A & B Fit-out

Location: Ruislip - With regular travel across the South East

Salary: 75k - 90k + Travel package

My client, a growing fit-out contractor based in Berkshire, is seeking a strong, knowledgeable, and driven Project Manager to join their team.

This role will oversee 3-5 projects simultaneously at various stages of the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will manage site teams, oversee programmes, and liaise directly with clients to ensure they are well-informed and up-to-date. Building trusted relationships with clients will help secure further work. Project values range from 5k to 500k.

If you can proactively find solutions to problems and have 10+ years of experience as a Fit-out Manager and 5+ years as a Project Manager, this role could be suitable for you.

This is an office-based role with regular site visits.
