The University of Liverpool is seeking an industry-leading commercial professional to take up the key role of Contracts Manager (Estates Management).
The university manages a diverse property portfolio across the main Liverpool City Centre Campus and satellite sites, including listed Georgian and Victorian buildings, contemporary structures, and conservation areas. The Estates and Infrastructure Team maintains over 300 buildings covering 460,000 m2 on a 255-hectare site, handling over 15,000 reactive maintenance works annually via the FM Service Hub.
This role involves managing outsourced service and supply contracts within the Estates and Infrastructure department, ensuring professionalism, industry-standard practices, and value for money.
