Your Role

As Contracts Manager (EPC), you’ll be the go-to expert for contract management, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading contract management for EPC projects and supplier agreements.
2. Supporting project managers in risk management, disputes, and claims.
3. Developing contract standards and KPIs to track performance.
4. Negotiating framework agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
5. Advising on contracting strategies to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

What We’re Looking For

1. Degree in Engineering, Law, or related field.
2. EPC contract management experience (Solar PV/Battery Storage highly advantageous)
3. Strong understanding of NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke contracts.
4. Experience handling contract disputes, claims, and supplier negotiations.
5. Excellent communicator, relationship-builder, and problem-solver.
6. A passion for renewable energy and working in an international environment.
