Job Purpose:

To manage construction projects, leading project teams, ensuring objectives are met, and company procedures are followed to deliver profitable, prompt, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and uphold safety and environmental standards.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
• Plan all project aspects, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
• Manage project programmes, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee design processes and coordinate with consultants to meet budget and schedule.
• Promote company values and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Set goals and development objectives for team members.
• Empower managers to make appropriate decisions.
• Manage profit and loss, working with QS to meet financial targets.
• Report on project delays or disruptions and work towards resolutions.

Experience & Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Contracts Manager or 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Experience with D&B, framework, two-stage, and negotiated contracts. Knowledge of preconstruction and tendering processes.
