We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and motivated Contracts Manager to join our Nottingham operations team. You will manage construction projects, lead project teams, communicate objectives, and ensure procedures are followed.

Job Purpose

Manage construction projects to ensure profitable, timely, and quality delivery. Lead project teams, communicate objectives, and ensure procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Set safety and environmental standards and ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain.
• Plan project aspects, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
• Manage project programs, develop, track, and adjust as needed.
• Oversee design process and consultant team to meet budget and schedule.
• Promote company values and continuous improvement culture.
• Set goals for team members, including development objectives.
• Empower managers to make decisions.
• Manage profit and loss, working with QS to meet targets.
• Report delays or disruptions and resolve issues.

Experience

• At least 3 years as Contracts Manager or 5 years as Project Manager.
