Job Purpose:

To oversee a selection of construction projects, ensuring profitable, timely, and quality delivery while leading project teams and maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Set and uphold high safety and environmental standards.
2. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
3. Plan project activities, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
4. Manage project schedules and develop tracking systems.
5. Oversee design processes and coordinate with consultants to meet budgets and schedules.
6. Promote company values and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
7. Set goals and development plans for team members.
8. Empower managers to make decisions.
9. Manage profit and loss, working with QS to meet financial targets.
10. Report on project delays or issues and work towards resolutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years as a Contracts Manager or 5 years as a Project Manager.
