Job description

Contracts Manager – Building and Fabric | Basildon | Full Time - Office based | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday | £55,000 - £65,000 DOE (Including bonus and car allowance)

Our client is a multi-disciplinary company with extensive and proven experience in providing a wide range of services for the internal and external fabric of commercial buildings.

From planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to refurbishments and complete project management, we are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage contracts for building and fabric projects.
  2. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  4. Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines.
  5. Conduct site visits and inspections.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in contract management within the building and fabric sector.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Relevant qualifications in construction or project management.
