Our client requires a Contracts Manager to oversee projects up to the value of £8-10M, based in and around the York / Harrogate / Leeds area, with some travel to sites further afield.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts for projects up to £8-10M


• Travel between sites as required


• Apply experience in construction and contract management to support problem solving and initiative


• Engage in client-facing interactions and communicate effectively with a pleasant, decisive, confident manner


• Maintain strong health and safety values


• Utilise IT skills in day-to-day contract management
