Job Opportunity: Contracts Manager

A leading specialist Cladding and Roofing contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager to work from their office in Redditch, Worcestershire.

The Role:

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to organize and manage contracts, ensuring quality, safety, and programme objectives are achieved.

The Company:

A prominent contractor in the construction industry, providing complete cladding and roofing solutions across the UK. They serve sectors including health, education, MOD, custodial, retail, leisure, and residential. Their services encompass design, supply, installation, and construction for major organizations, including main contractors, management contractors, architects, and end clients.

The Person:

• Relevant experience in cladding projects
• Experience working with Tier 1 Contractors
• Gold CSCS card (minimum, essential)
• Previous managerial experience

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with cladding and zinc roofing/cladding
• Knowledge of single ply roofing systems, green/sedum roofing, liquid waterproofing systems, built-up felt roofing, fall arrest systems (considered advantageous)
