A leading property maintenance and refurbishment group is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple contracts valued at up to £3m. This role involves managing project delivery, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and fostering strong client relationships. Candidates should have substantial experience in contract management and a keen understanding of planning and budgeting processes.
