Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead repairs and maintenance contracts in the Social Housing sector from our Thame location. You will oversee responsive repairs, Voids and disrepair contracts, driving performance, quality and value for money.

The role requires proven contracts management experience within social housing, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and a solid background in repairs and maintenance. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven Contracts Manager experience within Social Housing.
  • Strong background in repairs, maintenance, voids, or property services.
  • Schedule of Rates (SOR) experience essential.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Desirable SMSTS (or willingness to obtain).
  • Construction or management qualification.
  • CSCS Card and First Aid at Work.

  • Monitor contract profitability, KPIs, and compliance requirements.

  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and high customer satisfaction.
  • Support business growth and develop team performance.

Contracts Manager (Repairs & Maintenance) Location: Thame
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, and maintenance contracts.
