Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions in St Athan, Wales is recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee cleaning, waste and compliance operations on a fast-paced site. You’ll manage contractor performance, drive H&S compliance, and report on audits and KPIs.

The role requires experience in facilities/waste environments, RAMS writing, and knowledge of H&S legislation. A full UK driving license is essential; site-based work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, cleaning, or waste environments.
• Strong compliance and audit experience.
• Experience writing RAMS.
• Knowledge of H & S legislation.
• Experience managing contractors and SLAs.
• IOSH (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning operations and contractor performance (SLAs/KPIs)
• Oversee waste management and recycling systems
• Ensure H and S compliance (COSHH, RAMS, risk assessments)
• Conduct site audits, inspections and reporting
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and service performance
• Support sustainability initiatives (zero waste, carbon reduction)
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance + Noncontractual Bonus

Hours: 40 hrs/week

The Role
