Job summary

You will manage site managers, subcontractors and labour, monitor programmes and budgets, coordinate materials and resources, attend client meetings, and ensure safety and quality across

• Experience managing large-scale contracts in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong client and subcontractor relationship management.
• Knowledge of health and safety and site procedures.

Pro Staff are currently working with an established South Wales contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.

The company delivers a range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across sectors including offices, education, healthcare and local authorities.

The Role

• Managing Site Managers, subcontractors and labour
• Monitoring programmes, budgets and project progress
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials and resources
• Attending client and progress meetings
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project teams

Requirements

• Previous Contracts Manager experience
• Strong background in commercial fit-out and refurbishment
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong client and subcontractor management skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Salary/package is negotiable depending on experience.
