Job summary

A leading construction firm in South Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee site teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in contracts management within the construction industry, along with certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills, primarily working on-site at construction locations.

Qualifications

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) required.
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) required.
  • First Aid certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Contracts Management.
  • Valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing Site teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting progress to senior management.
