Job summary

Une entreprise de construction de premier plan recherche un Contracts Manager pour superviser plusieurs chantiers. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience solide dans la gestion de contrats dans le secteur de la construction, avec un savoir-faire en matière de gestion d'équipe et de projets de logements neufs. Ce poste est une excellente occasion de rejoindre un développeur de logements 5 étoiles et de faire une différence tangible sur les sites de construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de contrats dans l'industrie de la construction.
• Antécédents avérés dans la livraison de projets dans les délais et budgets impartis.
• Connaissance solide des projets d'habitations neuves.

Responsibilities

• Surveiller 2-4 chantiers de construction actifs.
• Gérer les équipes sur place et s'assurer que les projets sont terminés à temps et dans le budget.
• Revoir et négocier les contrats avec les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs.

Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: England, Yorkshire and the Humber, South Yorkshire

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Monday to Friday

Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing, House Building

Salary: £300 - £330 Per day

Company Branding: A 5 star housing developer

Job Duties:

• Overseeing 2-4 live construction sites
• Managing Site teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Reviewing and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Reporting progress to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• First Aid certification
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
• Valid driving licence

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Contracts Management within the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Site Management background with housing developer(s)

Knowledge and Skills:

• Expertise in new build housing projects
• Strong understanding of contracts management processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate site teams

Working Conditions:

• Expected to work on-site at construction locations in South Yorkshire
• Full-time hours
