Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Kirkwall, Orkney
Working Hours: 38.75 hours per week

Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role.
  2. Strong understanding of contract law and construction industry practices.
  3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Relevant degree or professional qualification in law or construction management.
