Overview

A progressive and people focused contract/strategies: Contracts Manager to support major envelope remediation projects. The role involves overseeing contract and project management of significant envelope cladding schemes, managing risk, site activities, health and safety adherence, and compliance. Ensure projects run efficiently within agreed timelines and financial parameters, and maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK as required.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee contract and project management of significant envelope cladding schemes.
  • Manage risk, site activities, health and safety adherence, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Ensure projects run to schedule and within agreed financial parameters.
  • Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders across multiple sites in the UK (travel as required).
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' specific experience in envelope cladding.
  • Solid technical and contractual knowledge with strong financial and commercial awareness.
  • Proven ability to manage project teams, subcontractors, and client interactions.
  • Technical proficiency and a robust understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Must be located within a practical commuting distance to specified regional sites.
