£55,000 - £60,000 + Car/Car Allowance

Rotherham

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager to join our Civil Engineering clients. The role is based in Rotherham but will cover Northeast and Northwest England, comes with a salary up to £60,000 plus car/allowance.

Responsibilities For Contracts Manager
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout project lifecycles.
  2. Oversee multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to programme requirements.
  3. Ensure all projects meet financial targets while maintaining high-quality delivery.
  4. Manage and assess subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
  5. Mentor and guide site teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  6. Identify opportunities to grow the project pipeline and contribute to business expansion.
Requirements for Contracts Manager
  1. Proven experience managing multiple civil engineering projects.
  2. Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  3. Qualification: HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, costs, and subcontractor performance.
  5. Certifications: SMSTS / CSCS Black Card / First Aid.
  6. Full UK Drivers License.
