Job Title: Contracts Manager

A leading specialist Cladding and Roofing contractor is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to work from their office in Redditch, Worcestershire.

The Role:

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to organise and manage contracts, ensuring quality, safety, and programme objectives are achieved.

The Company:

A prominent specialist contractor in the construction industry, providing complete cladding and roofing solutions across the UK. They operate in sectors including health, education, MOD, custodial, retail, leisure, and residential. Their services encompass design, supply, installation, and construction for major organisations nationwide, including main contractors, management contractors, architects, and end clients.

The Person:

• Relevant experience in cladding projects
• Experience working with Tier 1 Contractors
• Minimum Gold CSCS card (essential)
• Previous managerial experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Cladding
• Zinc roofing/cladding
• Experience with some or all of the following: Single Ply roofing systems, Green/Sedum roofing, Liquid waterproofing systems, Built-up felt roofing, Fall arrest systems
